CANCELLATIONS

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after placing it by sending an email to info@botote.com, indicating your name and order number.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

If your order is NOT PERSONALIZED

Once you receive your order it is not what you expected, you have 15 days from receipt to request an exchange for another product or a full refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the items to us, and Botote will cover the cost of a new shipment in the case of an exchange. In the case of a return, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount once the products are received back and it is confirmed that they are in perfect condition and have not been used. To proceed with the return or exchange, you must request it by sending an email to the address info@botote.com, indicating the buyer's details and the order number. We will reply to you with all the information on how to proceed with the exchange or return.

If your order IS PERSONALIZED

Returns of personalized orders are not accepted under any circumstances.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are FREE.

ORDER PROCESSING (Preparation and Shipping Times)

Our goal is to have your order delivered to your home or shipping address as soon as possible. Orders take between 3 and 5 days to prepare. In case of any stock issues, we will contact you to resolve them as soon as possible and in the best way possible. Our working hours for order preparation and customer service are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Orders are not prepared or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays, although the website is active 24/7.

Once the order preparation is completed, the shipping time begins.

Since the printing and sublimation of our products are delegated to a different company than ours, the delivery time they offer is up to 7/9/10 days.
